This process has left behind the violence that classified it as the most dangerous city in the world in the nineties. Discover the history of Medellín and enjoy the panoramic views of the city. Explore the famous Plaza Botero with an exhibition by Colombian artist Fernando Botero, whose sculptures have become symbols of the city. Take the MetroCable to Santo Domingo, a neighborhood once dominated by gang violence. Finally, in Comuna 13, see how escalators, another innovative project, have improved the quality of life of its inhabitants.

Breakfast and departure to the east of the department to visit one of the main reservoirs in Colombia, which generates a large amount of energy for local consumption and export and is also surrounded by a beautiful landscape made up of hills around its emerald green waters. Visit the Piedra del Peñol, a gigantic monolith, from the top of which, after climbing 750 steps, you have an impressive panoramic view of the reservoir and the area that surrounds it. The tour continues to the picturesque town of Guatapé where there is a walk to take photographs in its colorful streets.
