In the last twenty years, Medellín has experienced drastic changes thanks to an innovative urban development program that has turned it into a modern example of urban transformation. This process has left behind the violence that classified it as the most dangerous city in the world in the nineties. Discover the history of Medellín and enjoy the panoramic views of the city. Explore the famous Plaza Botero with an exhibition by Colombian artist Fernando Botero, whose sculptures have become symbols of the city. Take the MetroCable to Santo Domingo, a neighborhood once dominated by gang violence. Finally, in Comuna 13, see how escalators, another innovative project, have improved the quality of life of its inhabitants.

Breakfast and departure to the east of the department to visit one of the main reservoirs in Colombia, which generates a large amount of energy for local consumption and export and is also surrounded by a beautiful landscape made up of hills around its emerald green waters. Visit the Piedra del Peñol, a gigantic monolith, from the top of which, after climbing 750 steps, you have an impressive panoramic view of the reservoir and the area that surrounds it. The tour continues to the picturesque town of Guatapé where there is a walk to take photographs in its colorful streets.

• El plazo para mantener las reservas sin pago es de 72 horas.
• Si la reserva se realiza con menos de veinte días de anticipación a la fecha de viaje, se requiere realizar el pago total del plan.
• Si la reserva se realiza con más de veinte días a la fecha de viaje, una vez confirmada la disponibilidad hotelera por parte de Parce Travel, se debe realizar un abono del 30% del plan y el saldo deberá estar pago en su totalidad mínimo 20 días antes de la fecha de viaje

• Todo cambio está sujeto a disponibilidad hotelera y de servicios.
• Si el cambio se debe a modificaciones de último momento en la operación aérea, paro de transportadores, marchas, clima extremo que dificulta la realización de actividades, etc. Parce Travel Colombia podrá reprogramar los servicios cuando sea posible, sin embargo, el cliente estará sujeto a pagar por costos extras generados en caso de tener un cambio de operación, ruta, fecha y también estará sujeto a perder los servicios que no alcance a tomar el mismo día del vuelo, viaje terrestre o actividad, según el itinerario contratado.

• 8 días antes de la fecha del viaje 50%
• 3 días antes de la fecha de viaje 80%
• El día de inicio del viaje o por no-show 100%

Devolución de dinero:

• En caso de que haya devolución de dinero, el cliente asumirá el 4×1.000 y los costos financieros.
• Si los cambios ó cancelaciones están relacionados con fuerza mayor ó casos fortuitos demostrados, el valor de las penalidades podrá disminuir dependiendo de las decisiones de los proveedores.
• Toda devolución de dinero al cliente se realizará en un término no superior a 30 días calendario.
• Las políticas de cambios y cancelaciones también aplicarán cuando el pasajero no haya pagado el valor del programa en las fechas estipuladas. El pasajero acepta que, en caso de no pagar la totalidad del programa en la fecha establecida, se entenderá como cancelado el plan.
